In partnership with Inspire Music, The Suthers School are pleased to be able to offer your child instrumental tuition for the following instruments:
- Piano
- Voice
- Clarinet
- Saxophone
- Flute
- Trumpet
- Trombone
- Guitar
- Drum kit
- Violin

Learning an instrument is an excellent way to develop self-esteem, resilience, organisation, coordination, thinking skills and problem solving as well presenting the opportunity to make new friends and gain confidence. Once your child has made progress on their instrument, they may be invited to join one of the school's musical ensembles and have the opportunity to take part in concerts and showcases throughout the year.

Inspire Music teachers are fully trained, qualified and offer much more than just standard peripatetic music tuition. With a continuous staff development programme and connections with organisations such as The Halle Orchestra, National Youth Orchestra, National Youth Choir of Great Britain, The Nottingham Royal Centre, Confetti Music College and many others, Inspire Music is ideally positioned to offer students the very best in not only music education and tuition but also advice on careers and even financial support through grants and grant agencies.
